We protect the planning process and the overall ELANA brand through our Centralized Planning Unit staffed with Certified Financial Planners, support staff and administrative assistants. Our technology package called SysteMaxx combines encrypted case management, marketing, accounting, and communication systems into a single sign-on platform that benefits the franchisee, franchisor and client base.

We want our franchisees to spend a significant amount of their time growing their business, adding clients, making presentations, and expanding their influence at the local levels. The professionals that we chose to represent the ELANA brand will have a strong skill set where it matters most….client relationship management. The “heavy lifting” on the actual planning and presentation preparation side will be done by our dedicated ELANA Centralized Planning Unit. The franchisee and the CPU team will work in conjunction to gain clients, evaluate situations, create solutions, present those solutions in an easy to understand way, and then implement the plan in a seamless process better than any other group in the industry.
